David Sinclair’s 2024 REVISED Supplement Protocol | Critical Changes
Dr. David Sinclair has updated his supplement routine, making two significant changes by discontinuing some supplements and adding new ones. He has stopped taking quercetin, a supplement previously paired with fisetin for targeting senescent cells. However, he continues to take fisetin, with a daily dosage of 500-1000 milligrams. Sinclair has recently started taking spermidine (1-2 milligrams daily) and has been taking alpha-lipoic acid (about 300 mg daily) and taurine (2 grams daily). He also continues his long-standing use of NMN (1 gram daily), resveratrol (1 gram daily), and possibly TMG (trimethylglycine) at an unspecified dosage.
In addition to supplements, Sinclair takes metformin for diabetes prevention and family history and recently started taking rapamycin (6 milligrams weekly), targeting the mTOR pathway.
